To enhance the shopping experience for Mokida customers, Persooa implemented advanced actions. For example - the newsletter database was expanded using discount pop-ups. Automations such as welcome automation, price drop notifications, abandoned cart reminders, and recently viewed product reminders were implemented. After a purchase, customers receive thank-you emails along with suggestions for complementary products. Recommendation frames were also implemented on the homepage, product pages, and in the cart, which effectively helped manage customer relationships, increasing their number and satisfaction.
