CampSup online store

CampSup is an online store offering a wide range of water sports equipment, operating since 2017. The store offers SUP boards for different skill levels, as well as paddles and other necessary accessories. CampSup aimed its online navigation to make it easier for customers to choose the right SUP board. This choice is complicated, especially for beginners, as it has to take into account many parameters, such as the dimensions of the board, its buoyancy and the individual characteristics of the user like weight or height.

Feedback

With the new navigation and personalized recommendations, we were able to not only simplify the SUP board selection process, but also noticeably increase user engagement. It has been an extremely rewarding experience seeing our efforts translate into positive customer feedback.

Activities

In response to user needs, we have made several improvements to navigation and marketing. We've added additional, easy-to-access navigation that allows users to quickly select SUP boards suitable for their weight without having to expand the menu, which is especially useful on the mobile version. We've also created product recommendation boxes on the listing pages that showcase board models suited to the user's needs and weight, making selection easier, especially for beginners. In addition, we have created an interactive guide that, after answering three questions, suggests boards tailored to the user's individual needs.
